Deep stretch

Deep Stretch is an active, intentional stretching class designed to increase mobility, improve flexibility, and release deeply held tension in the body.

Unlike restorative or yin, this class uses engaged, purposeful stretches—inviting gentle muscular activation alongside lengthening. We move slowly and intelligently, exploring longer holds, subtle pulses, and conscious breath to support joint health, fascial release, and sustainable range of motion.

You’ll leave feeling open, supple, and connected—with a sense of ease and space in your body, without losing strength or stability.

Follow the Yogi Ashtanga Vinyasa

This 90-minute class follows the structure of the Ashtanga Primary Series while meeting you exactly where you are. Expect a strong, flowing practice rooted in ujjayi breath, focused gaze (drishti), and intelligent sequencing that builds heat, strength, flexibility, and mental clarity over time.

Rather than rushing through the series, we move with purpose. Postures and transitions are demonstrated and broken down as needed, allowing you to learn the practice while experiencing it. Modifications, props, and variations are always offered, making this class accessible for curious beginners while still deeply satisfying for seasoned practitioners seeking consistency and depth.

Prana Flow

Prana Flow is a guided, strengthening vinyasa designed to reconnect you to your own life force. Through intentional sequencing and steady breath, we build heat with purpose — not for intensity’s sake, but to awaken clarity and vitality from within. This practice empowers you to move at the pace of your breath, honoring your individual rhythm. That is the heart of yoga — not performance, but presence.

Prenatal/
Baby&Me
Combo

This nurturing, slow-paced class is designed to support you through pregnancy and the tender postpartum season—whether your baby is still in the womb or resting in your arms. Open to moms in all trimesters and postpartum caregivers with their babies, this class offers a safe, supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body. Classes focus on gentle, pregnancy-safe movement, pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to support strength, mobility, and ease.

Root

Strong. Simple. Grounded. Root is a powerful, no-frills flow inspired by the teachings of Jonny Kest, focusing on strength, breath, and presence. This class strips away the distractions—inviting you to turn inward, listen to your body, and practice from a place of honesty and self-awareness. Expect a steady, challenging sequence that emphasizes functional movement, mental focus, and personal responsibility over perfect form. Root is less about how it looks and more about how it feels—designed to help you build both physical and mental resilience from the ground up.

Slow Flow

Move with intention and breathe deeply in this slower-paced Vinyasa class designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Slow Flow emphasizes mindful transitions, longer holds, and a steady rhythm that allows space to refine alignment, connect with breath, and cultivate presence. While less intense than a faster flow, this class still offers a strong, nourishing practice that challenges both body and mind in a sustainable, accessible way. Ideal for all levels—especially those seeking a thoughtful, grounding flow that leaves you feeling centered and restored.

Vin to Yin

The perfect blend of effort and ease, Vin to Yin begins with an energizing Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, build heat, and connect breath with movement. The second half of class shifts into grounding Yin postures—held passively for longer periods—to target deep connective tissue, release tension, and invite stillness. This class offers a holistic experience: strength and softness, movement and meditation. Ideal for anyone seeking balance, stress relief, and a deeper connection to both body and mind.

YIN

Slow down and go deep. Yin Yoga is a meditative, floor-based practice where postures are held for several minutes to target the body's connective tissues—ligaments, fascia, and joints—rather than muscles. By staying in stillness, Yin encourages increased flexibility, joint mobility, and energetic balance while offering space to turn inward and cultivate mindfulness. This class is the perfect complement to more active practices and busy lives, supporting both physical release and emotional reset. Open to all levels—no experience needed.
