Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Whether you’re a first-time mama-to-be or you’ve just welcomed another little one into your growing brood, we want Refuge Healing Studio to be a welcoming place of peace and encouragement for you. 

We know this season can be both beautiful and exhausting, and we’re here to help you find calm amid the chaos. In addition to our Prenatal Yoga class, we also offer a special class called Nurtured that works as an all-in-one prenatal, postnatal, and Baby & Me class! 

Available for pregnant women in any trimester and mothers of babies up to one year old, this class teaches soft movements and breathwork to help you prepare for delivery, recover from birth, and connect with your little one.

As our instructors guide you through each session, they’ll also share modifications and variations you can take to make the moves gentler or more challenging, depending on your needs. We respect your individual practice, and we’re honored to help you move deeper into it.
