3. Booking + Cancellations
Appointments and classes must be booked in advance through our booking site.
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions out of respect for the next scheduled guest.
4. Payments + Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. We accept major credit/debit cards via our booking site. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or classes.
