The yoga classes at Refuge Healing Studio are designed to be appropriate for all skill levels. We don’t restrict entry based on ability or experience. This frees you up to explore our full range of programs and choose the ones that truly align with your goals and interests.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa flow yoga focuses on synchronizing your physical movements with the movement of your breath. You’ll use your inhale and exhale to transition seamlessly from one posture to the next as you build strength, improve flexibility, and support the mind/body connection. 

Some of these classes are invigorating and energetic, like our traditional Vinyasa Flow class and our Power class. Others, like our Vin to Yin and Root class, incorporate more meditative elements for balance and connection. Only have 45 minutes? Get in a little movement during lunch with our Midday Express class!

Gentle Yoga

Life can move at a breakneck pace, leaving us feeling tense, stressed, and on edge. Our gentle yoga classes provide a beautiful release, helping you move slowly and carefully through postures and stretches designed to calm your body and restore your spirit. Try our Yin, Restorative, or Slow Flow class and leave the world behind for an hour. 

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Whether you’re a first-time mama-to-be or you’ve just welcomed another little one into your growing brood, we want Refuge Healing Studio to be a welcoming place of peace and encouragement for you. 

We know this season can be both beautiful and exhausting, and we’re here to help you find calm amid the chaos. In addition to our Prenatal Yoga class, we also offer a special class called Nurtured that works as an all-in-one prenatal, postnatal, and Baby & Me class! 

Available for pregnant women in any trimester and mothers of babies up to one year old, this class teaches soft movements and breathwork to help you prepare for delivery, recover from birth, and connect with your little one. 

Family YOGA

Yoga doesn’t have an age limit, and we’re here to help every member of your family enjoy the restorative, healing benefits of this practice. Our family programs begin with our Baby & Me sessions, where you can find community, engage in gentle movement, and nurture the new bonds you’ve created. 

We also offer Little Movers and Me sessions to help toddlers get out the wiggles, and Zen Camps to show young children how to find inner calm. Is your adolescent facing the big changes and challenges that middle and high school can bring? Our teen yoga classes focus on processing emotions, releasing anxiety, and finding peace through movement. 

SPECIALTY CLASSES

Throughout the month, we also host specialty classes and workshops to help you expand your yoga practice, learn about holistic wellness, and embrace a healthy lifestyle. 

Enjoy a mindful auditory journey at a Mantra & Sound gathering, discover the power of femininity and connection at a Women’s Circle, or learn more about Ayurvedic practices and nutrition at Food & Flow. Be sure to check our class schedule for upcoming offerings!
